Bruce Rafalski

It is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Bruce and I have been working at Dec-O-Art for 38 years. My journey started in production and then I transitioned to my current role. My earlier ten years in production really helped me gain an understanding about a products application, function, and features which helps me provide my customers with a solution that meets their need. I believe in building partnerships and relationships with my customers that are long term and beneficial to us both.

I’ve been blessed to meet some incredible people along my journey but the truly fulfilling aspects are the long-term relationships I’ve forged with so many, most notably, my wonderful wife with which we share two beautiful children. My family and I enjoy camping, kayaking, and spending quality time together. I love spending time outdoors and with my loved ones.

The company has allowed me to lead the charge in annually donating to the Center for the Homeless, which is a charity near and dear to my heart. Over the years, many colleagues, contacts, and customers have turned into dear friends, and I cherish what we’ve built together when progress and success are the focus. I hold a true passion for the company I work for and the work I perform.
