Steve Baut

It’s a pleasure to meet you. I am Steve, Dec-O-Art’s Business Development Manager. On the weekends, you’ll find me exercising and playing sports, relaxing at the lake with my favorite book Never Split the Difference by Christopher Voss, or spending quality time with my wife and kids. The most rewarding aspect of my life is being able to watch my children grow into the wonderful people they are today.

During the week, I strive to constantly push our boundaries in the Sales Department. I offer tremendous experience in the sales field and an understanding of the strategic foresight for our accounts and overall business. I want to be known for helping develop and grow professionals; helping them excel and push themselves when they don’t want to be pushed to become better than they believe they can be. I define success as being valued for you, nothing more. That’s the value.
